Students can bring a snack/drink. Please avoid eating or drinking during training as your full participation is appreciated. Snacking/drinking on the range is not allowed for health and safety reasons.

You do NOT need a gun to participate in firearms training courses. The instructor will provide firearms for training.

Students can rent a firearm if they prefer not to use the provided firearms. Renting a firearm will also REQUIRE the purchase of ammo for safety reasons.

What if I am late to class?

You might be able to participate. You will NOT receive a refund. (click to read more)

A student may or may not be able to participate in their registered course if they arrive late. Instructors will NOT begin a class late if any course material will be skipped as a result.

Understand that YOU are missing out on valuable training by being late. Instructors will ALWAYS prioritize classroom time over range time, so late arrivals will miss out on the most fun part of a course.

A student will NOT receive a refund if a course is canceled because they are late, unless there are extraordinary circumstances.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Students may not be able to participate if they violate the dress code. (click to read more)

Students must dress appropriately in order to participate in firearms training courses.

  • Students must wear a t-shirt or similar closed-neck shirt. Any shirts that expose the chest or have large openings can trap hot casings which will burn the skin.
  • Students must wear sneakers or a similar closed toe shoe. Any shoes which expose the toes increase the risk of injury. Flip flops, sandals, and high heels are not acceptable.
  • Students must wear athletic or casual bottoms. Mini-skirts or swimsuits are not acceptable.
  • Please bring a sweater or light jacket. Courses are held indoors and may be chilly for some people.
  • Hearing and eye protection is REQUIRED. You will NOT be able to participate if your hairstyle, piercings, or other stylings prevent you from wearing protective glasses, earmuffs, or foam ear plugs.
  • Please be modest and respectful. Avoid dressing in revealing or provocative clothing. Do not wear clothing with obscene or derogatory imagery/text. There may be other shooters and staff present during training, so please be considerate of others.
