VTAC Training is a firearms training company located in Hinesville, GA.
Notice On Confidentiality
VTAC Training informs you that our processes, platform and services are not designed to enable elevated levels of confidentiality and that you use the service and provide information to VTAC Training at your discretion.
Data Storage
Data provided by you is stored by VTAC Training for the purpose of providing training services and related services such as customer support, and appointment scheduling.
Data Sharing
VTAC Training does NOT share your personal data with third parties. Personal data such as names, addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or training history will NOT be shared with third parties without user consent or a court order. If VTAC Training is legally obligated to provide your data, it will notify you if able.
User Data Requests
VTAC Training will provide an exported file of your personal data upon your request. VTAC Training shall delete your data to the extent reasonably possible and permitted by law upon your request. This does not include data VTAC Training is obligated to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Scheduled User Data Deletion
VTAC Training routinely deletes user data. User data meeting the following criteria may also be deleted:
- users which do not have any remaining credit with VTAC Training and are inactive for over 30 days
- users which do have credit with VTAC Training and are inactive for over 90 days
- users which are outside of the service area
- users which violate the Terms Of Use
